What Do Buyers Really Want

It seems like all of the buyers I've been working with lately want complete move in ready homes.  They are focused on quality and appearance such as flooring, especially carpeting; kitchen counter tops (preferably granite), cabinets and doors along with updated tile in the bathrooms.    If they are not an investor or contractor, they don't want to do any remodeling.   Some features that are a BIG turn off are popcorn ceilings and brass fixtures.
