May was good month for sellers in most areas and price ranges. Supply continues to drop for a wide selection of areas and price ranges with active listings down 20.4% from this time last year.
Active listings: 20,351 vs 25,555 last year = down 20.4%
Pending listings: 7,819 vs 6,965 last year = up 12.3%
Under Contract Listings: 12,063 vs 10,360 last year = up 16.4%
Monthly sales: 8,293 vs 7,509 last year = up 10.4%
Monthly Median Sales Price: $211,000 vs $192,500 last year = up 9.6%
